YOGA LIMBS offers Hong Kong an accredited Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Program. Upon successful completion of the YTT/CP, graduating trainees will receive a YOGA LIMBS Certificate of Completion and a Yoga Teacher Registration Certification from the Yoga Alliance in the United States.
Who Should Attend
Serious Students
This program offers instruction in beginning and intermediate levels of asanas and pranayama. It is ideal for those who want to immerse themselves in an intense discipline to deepen their own yoga practice or become a yoga teacher. This program is not suitable for anyone new to yoga.
Yoga Teachers
For those who would like to teach or those who are already teaching, this course is designed to expand your knowledge of the theory and practices of Yoga and to develop/ enhance your teaching skills.
