Beginners Asana
Beginners Asana builds the foundations upon which the balance of your ongoing yoga practice will be built.

Basic Vinyasa LEVEL 1

Basic Vinyasa LEVEL 2
The word Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement." In other words, the teacher will instruct you to move from one Asana to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is often called "Vinyasa Flow," or simply "Flow" because of the smooth way the poses run together.
 
Vinyasa LEVEL 3
Level three vinyasa is a faster paced vinyasa, in which each asana flows more vigorously into the next and cardio impact increases. This class will be a strong work out for most 'general level students.'

Power Vinyasa LEVEL 4
Power Vinyasa is currently the highest level teaching offered by Yoga Limbs outside of the Yoga Teacher Training Certification Program (YTTCP). Power Vinyasa classes are for the truly dedicated and students will find themselves working harder than they ever have in any particular yoga class.

Yin Yoga (All Levels)
A calming and restorative Yin practice that is great for increasing flexibility as well as cooling off after a long busy day. Special Candlelight Yin Yoga on Wednesday nights.
