Basic Beginners Class
In the Basic Beginners Class, students will learn the basics and foundations of the Yoga Asanas (poses). In this Basic Beginners Class students will be instructed in the basic yoga asanas (poses) with a goal of being able to execute each asana correctly. This is a very hands on class with the focus being on the correct alignment of each asana with lots of individual attention for each student. Students will follow easy to understand explanations on how to enter and exit each asana. You will also be taught how to avoid the most common mistakes beginners make in each asana. This Basic beginners Class will provide students with a first level or foundation to then build and develop an on going Yoga Practice from.

Fundamentals Hatha Vinyasa
In this class we will take the Asanas we have covered in the Basic Beginners Class and start to put them together in the Vinyasa Flow. This class is very well suited to beginning students who will find that the slower pace and attention to detail provides them with a solid foundation on which to build their Yoga practice. Fundamentals Hatha Vinyasa, uses movement and breath together to produce a "flow" of postures that lead naturally from one to the next. The connecting movements (vinyasa) between the postures help create enjoyable sequences that work on different areas of the body.

Hatha Power Vinyasa / General Level
Hatha Power Vinyasa, offers a different vision of yoga. It's based on intuition, experience and the solid foundations of correct alignment with hands on help from the Instructor.
Hatha Power Vinyasa is an ultimate experience for people who are ready to tap both their physical and spiritual power. The practice is a combination of different traditions of yoga that combine for a dynamic mix of sweat and spirit. It will tone your body and electrify your mind.
