Teen Yoga
Our teen yoga class is a guided flow of asanas (poses) in combination with breath work and deep concentration. During this process, teenagers often develop a clearer attention, better body awareness, and a greater sense of self-confidence. By discovering the inner resources within, they are more equipped to deal with the dynamics and challenging experiences of daily life.
Pre-Natal Yoga
Designed especially for moms-to-be, pre-natal yoga allows expectant moms to connect with body and baby during this wonderful period of life.
Baby & Mom Yoga
A great environment for new moms and beginning lives; the tone of the class is gentle and slow in order to accommodate the effects of your recent pregnancy, such as reduced joint stability and core strength.
Uniting the body, mind, breath and spirit children enjoy stretching their muscles, building their physical strength, developing balance and coordination whilst improving concentration and building self-esteem.
